By using Raincord, this website, or the Suggest a plugin form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
What Raincord is
Raincord is a free, independent desktop client for Yapin, made by the team behind Jewel. It is not made, endorsed or supported by Yapin. Raincord is still being built and is not available to download yet.
Your Yapin account
Using a client that Yapin did not make may go against Yapin's own rules. You are responsible for your Yapin account and for following Yapin's terms. We are not responsible if Yapin limits or closes an account that used Raincord.
Using it fairly
- Do not use Raincord or this website to harass, spam, scam or break the law.
- Do not try to break, overload or get around the limits of this website or the suggestion form.
- Plugins and themes you add yourself are your responsibility.
Your ideas
When you send an idea with the Suggest a plugin form, you let us read it, share it with the team and build it, without paying you or naming you. Please do not send anything private.
Open source
Raincord's code will be published under an open source licence. That licence, not these terms, says what you may do with the code.
No guarantees
Raincord and this website are provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep them working, but we do not promise they will always be online or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, the Raincord team is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using, or being unable to use, Raincord or this website.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using Raincord or this website after a change means you accept it.
