We keep as little as we can. Here is the full list for this website. The Raincord app is not released yet; before it is, this page will be updated to explain exactly what the app stores.
On your device
This website remembers your light or dark choice and the colour you picked on the Themes page. Both are saved only in your browser's local storage, never sent to us, and you can clear them at any time by clearing this site's data.
The website does not use cookies, analytics or ads.
When you suggest a plugin
- What is sent: your idea and, if you fill it in, your Yapin username.
- Where it goes: it waits on our server until our bot, Jewel, posts it in a private channel that only the Raincord team can see. It is then removed from the website's storage. Unposted ideas are deleted after 7 days.
- Spam protection: to limit how many ideas one person can send, the website keeps a count for your network address for up to one hour, then deletes it.
Hosting
This website runs on Cloudflare. Like any website, Cloudflare handles your network address and browser details to deliver the page and protect it from attacks. We do not use that information to track you.
The support server
Tickets and messages in the Raincord support server on Yapin are handled by Jewel. What Jewel stores is described in Jewel's Privacy Policy.
Who can see it
Only the Raincord team. We do not sell or share your data.
Removing data
To have an idea you sent removed, email us with roughly what it said and when you sent it.
